AS A VOLUNTEER FOR THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE, I USE WIRELESS INTERNET AND NEXRAD RADAR PROGRAMING TO MONITOR INCOMING SEVERE WEATHER FOR ROTATION, HAIL AND STRONG WINDS TO ASSIST THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ISSUING WARNINGS AND PROTECTING PEOPLE.  I CAN EASILY TEACH CHILDREN IN THE CLASSROOM ABOUT SEVERE WEATHER, AND HOW TO REMAIN SAFE, ALL WHILE CREATING EXCITEMENT ABOUT SCIENCE!
