Every now and then, we just have to be thankful for who we have, & take a picture with some of them! |
Our Wedding Picture! (I love my hubby, DJ!) |

|
Our Renaissance wedding-- we also won 5th best wedding in the Nation in 2005 because of it!!! |
Yes! I sewed the costumes for DJ and I, and we had
a blast! This is how we met, and this is how our hearts wanted to be married! Now, we do Elementary, Junior
High, and High School assemblies throughout West Michigan with sword fighting, Renaissance music (played live!), and many
other very entertaining things!

The above are pictures of my SECOND 16+ inch Hair Donation to
Locks of Love, an organization that makes wigs for disadvantaged children with cancer whose families cannot afford to buy
them wigs made from real hair. I have had many family and friends who have had to fight this terrible disease, and many
who have lost that fight. However, if I can give even one child a reason to smile in the morning when they look in the
mirror just because they can have hair-- it's worth every bit of donation.
This donation was done in honor of my Uncle Scott Wilson.

The only children we have are two, potty-trained
bunnies.
The youngest one, on the top, his name is Smokey.
(Named that way because he reminds us of the smoke from a bon-fire.)
Sammy, the black and white bunny, is the big brother,
whom we adopted from the Humane Society.

The above is a picture of the Jenison High School Marching
Band, where I was Drum Major, (the leader of the band) for three years. Leadership is an important asset to any teacher--
and I started young.
